Your frozen shoulder isn’t one problem. This is what three jobs at once actually does for it.
Starved tissue, a locked joint, pooled inflammation, each handled at the same time. 12 minutes before bed.

"I couldn’t raise my arm above my shoulder, so things like putting my hair back, shampooing, clasping a bra, etc were all impossible." This massager penetrates right into the deep joint capsule, and I can finally wash my hair completely pain-free. —

"I’m going to consider it done when I can painlessly get a shirt over my head and make a pony tail." Thanks to daily sessions with the Triple Method Massager, I officially passed both tests this week!
Elena R. 46F, New York 🇺🇸
"I told my PC I had a lot of pain in my arm, couldn’t brush my hair, pull on a cardigan or reach to close car door with left arm." The Triple Method loosened the locked joint so quickly that I can finally pull on sweaters and shut car doors with ease
Carolyn V. 51, Sydney 🇦🇺
I never knew this could be menopause." Once I realized hormonal changes were locking my shoulder, this massager became my daily lifeline for restoring circulation and relieving the tightness.
Marsha L. 57F, Toronto 🇨🇦
"I could only move my shoulder/arm certain ways and I had to be careful how I slept, because I would re-aggravate it in my sleep." Using the Triple Method right before bed stops the throbbing and finally lets me sleep on my side without waking in pain.
Tricia P. 50F, California 🇺🇸
Because all of those were built for pain. A heating pad warms the surface and does nothing else. Painkillers and muscle relaxers quiet the ache and don’t touch what’s behind it. This goes deeper than surface warmth and works on three things at once, not one at a time. You didn’t try the wrong thing. You tried one piece at a time.
That’s a common story. This isn’t about forcing the joint. Deep Oscillating Pressure works gently from the outside, not by pushing your range of motion. Start on the lowest setting, and stop if anything feels sharp. Nothing about it asks you to push through pain.
For many women it does, and it can take a long time. This doesn’t promise to shorten that. It’s something you can do for your shoulder while you wait, instead of resting it and hoping. Waiting doesn’t have to mean doing nothing.
Hormones are a conversation for you and your doctor, and nothing here replaces that. A device can’t give estrogen back. What it works on is the shoulder itself: blood flow, a locked feeling in the joint, and buildup that won’t clear.
You may not, and that’s a fair concern. Some shoulder problems turn out to be something else, like a rotator cuff tear or a neck issue. If you haven’t had a diagnosis, see a doctor first. And don’t use it over a fresh surgical repair, broken skin or acute swelling.
Hear directly from people who have experienced the difference.
Built for daily use, not quick fixes. Here’s how things tend to shift once it’s part of your evening.
A gentle beginning as you build a consistent routine.
Mornings feel a little less stiff
Brushing your hair takes less planning
Everyday reaching feels more natural
