Your frozen shoulder isn’t one problem. This is what three jobs at once actually does for it.
Starved tissue, a locked joint, pooled inflammation, each handled at the same time. 12 minutes before bed.

Because all of those were built for pain. A heating pad warms the surface and does nothing else. Painkillers and muscle relaxers quiet the ache and don’t touch what’s behind it. This goes deeper than surface warmth and works on three things at once, not one at a time. You didn’t try the wrong thing. You tried one piece at a time.
That’s a common story. This isn’t about forcing the joint. Deep Oscillating Pressure works gently from the outside, not by pushing your range of motion. Start on the lowest setting, and stop if anything feels sharp. Nothing about it asks you to push through pain.
For many women it does, and it can take a long time. This doesn’t promise to shorten that. It’s something you can do for your shoulder while you wait, instead of resting it and hoping. Waiting doesn’t have to mean doing nothing.
Hormones are a conversation for you and your doctor, and nothing here replaces that. A device can’t give estrogen back. What it works on is the shoulder itself: blood flow, a locked feeling in the joint, and buildup that won’t clear.
You may not, and that’s a fair concern. Some shoulder problems turn out to be something else, like a rotator cuff tear or a neck issue. If you haven’t had a diagnosis, see a doctor first. And don’t use it over a fresh surgical repair, broken skin or acute swelling.
Hear directly from people who have experienced the difference.
